Corset Q & A Episode 53: Can I Wear Different Corset Styles to Waist Train?
Do you have a question about steel boned corsets, waist training or corseting? The answer is probably somewhere in our Corset Q & A series.
Can I Wear Different Corset Styles to Waist Train?
The quick answer is YES! You can wear multiple styles of corsets and can effectively train your waist. At Orchard Corset, we currently have 6 basic styles of corset that you can use for waist training. Within each of those 6 styles we carry multiple fabrics and colors! For example, our CS-345 has 7 distinct looks, like the very popular CS-345 in Black Brocade. But the important take home message is to make sure you are choosing a corset style that fits YOUR body. Personally, I can comfortably wear the CS-411, CS-345 and CS-201, and I own one of each of these styles and can effectively waist train using all three if I wanted. However, the CS-426 short won’t work for me as a waist trainer because I do not have the natural curves to fill out that corset and the steel bones would not shape to my body no matter how long I seasoned that corset. So it is important that you find the styles or THE style of corset that works best for your body and your lifestyle. Keep in mind you don’t HAVE to wear different styles to have an edge in waist training, it’s is a personal preference and sometimes you just want some variety. I have a CS-201 mesh for the warm summer days and the CS-345 for longer coverage when I want my lower belly covered.
Hopefully this Q & A helped you out if you were considering waist training using multiple styles of corset. Please let us know in the comments if there are any questions that you’d like to see answered in our Corset Q & A series.
